An Act further regulating the enforcement of illegal hunting practices
SECTION 1. Chapter 21A of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out section 10H, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, and inserting in place thereof the following section:- Section 10H. A person notified to appear before the clerk of a district court as provided in section 10G for a violation of the regulations promulgated pursuant to chapter 90B or the rules and regulations of the division of fisheries and wildlife regulating activity on land under the management of the division or for a violation of section 2 to 4, inclusive, 5, 5A, 6, 7, subsection (b) of section 9, section 12, 12A or 13A of chapter 90B or for a violation of section 17A, 33, 34, 36, 39, 40, 51, 69 to 72…
