Ms. Creem, Messrs. Brownsberger and Barrett, Ms. Chang-Diaz, Messrs. Rush, Eldridge, Cyr and Moore, Ms. L'Italien, Messrs. McGee, Lewis and Welch, Ms. Gobi, Messrs. Boncore, Fattman, Montigny and O'Connor moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 0321-1600, by striking out the figures "18,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the figures “20,000,000".
