SECTION 1. Chapter 6 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 15FFFFFF the following 2 sections:- Section 15GGGGGG. The governor shall annually issue a proclamation setting apart the fifth day of April as Gold Star Wives Day and recommending that the day be observed in an appropriate manner by the people, including prominent display of the Gold Star Flag on the property of the State House.
