Messrs. Feeney, Lewis, Moore and Eldridge, Ms. Gobi, Messrs. Keenan, Timilty and Crighton, Ms. L'Italien, Messrs. Tarr, DiDomenico, O'Connor and Welch moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, by adding the following item:- “xxxx-xxxx For the Extractor Bulk Purchase Trust Fund established by section 2AAAAA of chapter 29 of the General Laws; provided, that not more than 5 per cent of the funds shall be expended on administration..................................................$420,000”; and by inserting after section 12 the following section:- “SECTION 12A.
