Penalty for owner or operator for use of EBT at prohibited locations
Messrs. Tarr, Humason, Keenan and O'Connor moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section __the following sections:- "SECTION_.Section 5J of chapter 18 as appearing in the 2016 official edition is hereby amended by striking lines 18-20 in their entirety and inserting in place thereof the following:-"not more than $1,000 for a first offense, by a fine of not less than $1,000 nor more than $5,000 for a second offense and by a fine of not less than $5,000 for a third and subsequent offense"
