Dairy Tax Credit
Ms. Gobi, Messrs. Tarr, Rodrigues, Ross, Hinds and Eldridge, Ms. L'Italien, Messrs. O'Connor and Crighton moved that the proposed new text be amended by adding the following two sections:- SECTION XX. Subsection (o) of section 6 of chapter 62 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 723, the figures “$4,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figures:- $8,000,000. SECTION YY. Section 38Z of chapter 63, as appearing in the 2016 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 28, the figures “$4,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figures:-$8,000,000.
