Messrs. Montigny and Cyr, Ms. Lovely and Ms. Forry moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section 100 the following section:- “SECTION 100A. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the comptroller shall transfer $200,000 from the General Fund to the Victims of Human Trafficking Trust Fund established in section 66A of chapter 10 of the General Laws not later than September 1, 2017.
