Rail Trail Westward Expansion
Ms. Lovely moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 7002-1120, by inserting at the end thereof the following:- "; provided further that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for the town of Danvers for the design of an east-west trail link connecting its downtown area to Middleton center".
