Non-Compete
Messrs. Tarr and Ross move to amend the bill in Section 12, starting on line 465 by striking the following words:- “including, but not limited to, a forfeiture for competition agreement” and moves to further amend the bill, in said Section 12, on line 478, by adding the following words:- “(xi) noncompetition agreements made in connection with an arrangement defined as a franchise by 16 C.F.R. Part 436 and its subsequent amendments.
