Messrs. Tarr and O'Connor move to amend the bill in Section 14, by striking the sentence beginning on line 76 and replacing it with the following sentence:- “An operator of a motor vehicle who holds a mobile electronic device to the operator’s ear while operating such vehicle may be considered evidence of a violation of this section.”
