Ms. Creem moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 7008-1117, by adding the following words:- "; provided, that not less than $200,000 shall be expended for Silent Spring Institute, Inc. for research on links between environmental chemicals and women and children’s health" and by striking out the figure "$100,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- $300,000
