Military Exemption

Mr. O'Connor, Ms. Gobi, Messrs. Tran and Fattman move that the proposed new text be amended in Section 23, Section 28 by adding at the end thereof the following clause:- “(h) Notwithstanding the provisions of this section, a person, retailer or manufacturer may maintain sufficient reserves of favored tobacco products or tobacco product flavor enhancers to sale or distribute to any person who presents a valid United States military identification card prior to the transaction.
