Master tobacco settlement
Messrs. Tarr and O'Connor move that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section _ the following new section:- "SECTION _.Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary at least 10 per cent of the payments received from the Tobacco Master Settlement Agreement each fiscal year shall be distributed to the Massachusetts tobacco cessation and prevention program under the massachusetts department of public health"
