An Act addressing barriers to care for mental health
SECTION 1. Subsection (a) of section 8 of chapter 6D of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “system”, in line 9, the following words:- , and trends in annual behavioral health expenditures. SECTION 2. Said section 8 of said chapter 6D, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by striking out, in line 94, the word “and” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- , including behavioral health expenditures, and. SECTION 3. The first paragraph of subsection (a) of section 16 of chapter 12C of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:- In addition to overall health…
