Pilot Program

by striking all after the enacting clause and inserting in place thereof the following:- “SECTION_. Notwithstanding any general or law to the contrary, the department of transportation shall develop and implement a three year pilot program for not less than three municipalities and not than five cities or towns to install an automated road safety camera system.
