An Act requiring the city of Lowell to transfer certain parcels of land between the park department and the school department
SECTION 1. Chapter 46 of the acts of 2017 is hereby repealed. SECTION 2. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the city of Lowell may transfer certain parcels of land acquired for park, open space or recreational purposes from the care and custody of the park department to the care and custody of the school department.
