Voter education and outreach

Ms. Rausch, Ms. Chang-Diaz, Mr. Eldridge, Ms. Comerford, Mr. Moore, Ms. Jehlen, Messrs. Cyr, Lesser and Hinds, Ms. Gobi, Messrs. Collins and Keenan and Ms. Moran move that the proposed new text be amended in section 6, in paragraph (2) of subsection (d), by adding the following 2 sentences:- “The state secretary shall ensure that the voter booklets and accompanying applications are mailed not later than October 5, 2020. The booklet cover or exterior mailing envelope shall clearly indicate that applications to vote early by mail in the general election are contained therein and that any voter who previously returned an accepted application to vote early by mail need not return an additional…
