Providing for a uniform early voting/absentee ballot

Ms. DiZoglio, Mr. Moore, Ms. Comerford, Ms. Gobi and Mr. Velis move that the proposed new text be amended by adding the following new section: SECTION XX. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, the secretary shall, by July 15, 2020, standardize the mail in ballot application to provide for a uniform early voting/absentee ballot application, and standardize the ballot to provide for a uniform early voting/absentee ballot, in order to reduce voter confusion and application and ballot processing demands.
