Mr. Boncore, Ms. Rausch, Messrs. Cyr, Eldridge and Welch, Ms. Moran, Messrs. Crighton, Tarr and Collins, Ms. Chang-Diaz and Mr. Montigny move to amend the bill by inserting in place at the end thereof the following new section:- SECTION 1. Chapter 3 of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding the following section:- Section 73. (a) There shall be a permanent commission on the status of Latinxs.
