Removing offensive language against LGBTQ+ individuals
Ms. Chandler, Ms. Rausch, Messrs. Cyr, Eldridge and Lesser, Ms. Jehlen, Mr. Welch, Ms. Comerford, Messrs. Tarr, Feeney, Barrett, Montigny and Timilty move to amend the bill in section 57, in proposed subsection (c) of section 22 of chapter 265 of the General Laws, by striking out the first sentence and inserting in place thereof the following sentence:- “A law enforcement officer who has sexual intercourse with a person in the custody or control of the law enforcement officer shall be found to be in violation of subsection (b); provided, however, that for the purposes of this subsection, "sexual intercourse" shall include vaginal, oral or anal intercourse, including fellatio, cunnilingus or …
