Messrs. Tarr, O'Connor and Tran move to amend the bill the bill in section 6, in proposed section 223 of chapter 6 of the General Laws, by adding the following subsection:- “(i) Not less than twice annually, the police officer standards and accreditation committee and the municipal police training committee shall meet to review and make recommendations to improve current police officer training standards.”.
