Victim Protection During the Pandemic
Messrs. Welch and Montigny move to amend the bill by adding the following section:- “SECTION XX: Section 119A of chapter 127, as appearing in the 2018 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in section (c)(1), after the word “prisoner” the following words:- “excluding a prisoner convicted of murder in the first degree”.
