An Act authorizing the city of Fitchburg to change the use of a certain parcel of land acquired for park purposes
SECTION 1. (a) The city of Fitchburg may use an easement interest in approximately .4274 acres of land located at 0 Elm street for the construction of a new dedicated parking lot for the abutting Lowe park, for significant capital improvements to Lowe park and for economic development-related purposes, including parking and other improvements for the redevelopment of the former B.F. Brown middle school building. The easement interest is shown on a plan of land entitled “Easement Plan in Fitchburg, Massachusetts”, dated September 20, 2019 and prepared by Precision Land Surveying, Inc.
