Special Commission on Telecommuting

Messrs. Timilty, Welch, Moore and O'Connor and Ms. Gobi move that the proposed new text be amended by adding at the end thereof the following new section: Section XXX. (a) There shall be established a special commission on telecommuting to evaluate and study the impact of telecommuting on employees of the Commonwealth. (b) The commission shall consist of: 3 members appointed by the President of the Senate, 1 of which shall be the Senate Chair on State Administration and Regulatory Oversight who shall serve as co-chair and 1 of which shall be from Legislative Information Services; 2 members appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, 1 of which shall be the House Chair on Stat…
