An Act concerning genocide education
SECTION 1. Chapter 29 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 2HHHHH the following section:- Section 2IIIII. (a) For purposes of this section, the following terms shall have the following meanings unless the context clearly requires otherwise: “Community-based organization”, a public or private non-profit organization that is representative of a community or significant segments of a community and that provides educational or related services to individuals in the community. “Genocide”, at least 1 of the following acts committed with the intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnic, racial or religious group, including, but not limited to: (i) ki…
