An Act authorizing the town of Harvard to convey an easement over a certain parcel of conservation land
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, but subject to paragraphs (a), (b) and (g) of section 16 of said chapter 30B of the General Laws, the town of Harvard, acting by and through its conservation commission, may convey an easement to Carlson Orchards, Inc. for a Zone 1 well protection easement over a portion of the Dunlap conservation land site for the benefit of Carlson Orchards, Inc.’s abutting land. The Dunlap conservation land site is located on the southerly side of Old Littleton road and is identified on the town’s assessors’ maps as map 18, parcel 70.
