Excess Consensus Revenue
Messrs. Tarr, O'Connor and Fattman moved that the proposed new text be amended by adding the following new section:- "SECTION XX. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the comptroller shall, during fiscal year 2021, but prior to the calculation of the fiscal year 2021 consolidated net surplus in accordance with Section 5C of Chapter 29 of the Massachusetts General Laws, transfer any funds received in excess of the consensus revenue estimate, pursuant to Section 5B of said Chapter 29, to the Commonwealth Stabilization Fund, established by section 2H of said Chapter 29."
