Collins, Cyr, Humason, deMacedo, O'Connor and Tran and Ms. Lovely moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, in item 0321-1600, by striking out the figure "22,000,000" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "24,000,000".
