Credit Card Audit

Messrs. Tarr, deMacedo, Humason, Fattman and O'Connor moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section _ the following section:- “SECTION _. The first paragraph of section 12 of chapter 11 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the first sentence the following sentence:- The state auditor shall have access to employee credit card records for such accounts and shall ensure integrity and accountability of employee credit card usage.”.
