Messrs. Feeney and Welch, Ms. Jehlen, Messrs. Crighton, Moore, Eldridge, Timilty, Boncore, Collins, Finegold, Keenan, O'Connor and Cyr moved that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section 41 the following section:- "SECTION 41A.
