Massachusetts Military Support Foundation
Messrs. Moore and Velis move that the proposed new text be amended in section 2A, in item 1599-2049, by adding the following words:- "; provided further, that not less than $1,000,000 shall be expended to the Massachusetts Military Support Foundation, Inc. for capacity-building at its headquarters in Worcester county to support the operation of empowerment centers and the distribution of food to veterans in need”.
