Ms. DiZoglio, Messrs. Moore, Tarr, O'Connor, Fattman and Pacheco move that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after Section 34 the following section:- "SECTION XX. Notwithstanding any special or general law to the contrary, the executive office of health and human services shall provide a supplemental COVID-19 payment to nursing homes licensed pursuant to section 71 of chapter 111 of the general laws at no less than 15% of the average monthly MassHealth Fee-For-Service payments made to all nursing facilities for the purpose of supporting infection control standards, including staff training and wages, temporary labor costs, hiring new staff, procuring personal protective equipmen…
