Ms. Comerford, Mr. Gomez, Ms. Jehlen, Messrs. Lesser and Velis, Ms. Gobi, Mr. Hinds, Ms. Rausch, Mr. Eldridge, Ms. Chang-Diaz, Messrs. Collins, Pacheco, Timilty, Feeney and Tarr move that the proposed new text be amended by inserting in section 25, in line 230, after the word “home” the following words:- “and the secretary of veterans’ services”; and in section 25, by inserting at the end of proposed section 73C of chapter 111, the following 2 subsections:- "(d) Each state-operated veterans’ homes shall be licensed pursuant to section 71 of this chapter.
