Messrs. Timilty, Montigny, Tarr, Feeney and O'Connor, Ms. Moran, Ms. Gobi, Messrs. Moore, Brady, Lesser, Pacheco, DiDomenico and Fattman move that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section 52 the following section:- “SECTION 52A.
