An Act relative to temporary registration plates
Chapter 90 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out section 2D, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, and inserting in place thereof the following section:- Section 2D. The registrar shall design, issue and regulate the use of temporary registration plates, including, but not limited to, for issuance to and usage by purchasers of motor vehicles who do not reside in the commonwealth and who will be transporting the vehicle to their state of residence for registration in that state.
