Assistance for hosting agreements
Messrs. Tarr, Moore and O'Connor move that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting after section _ the following new section:- "SECTION _. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary there shall be established and set up on the books of the commonwealth a separate fund to be known as the host community technical assistance fund. Said fund shall be monitored and operated by the Cannabis Control Commission. The purposes of this fund shall be for aiding cities and towns in dealing with and developing ‘host community agreements’, as defined by Chapter 94G Section 1 of the General Laws, and in permitting and regulating marijuana facilities.
