Building Environmental Justice and Energy Efficiency With Jobs

by inserting after section______ the following new section:- “SECTION ______. SECTION 1. (a) As used in this legislation, the following words shall, unless the context clearly requires otherwise, have the following meanings: “Cumulative adjusted gross household income”, the cumulative adjusted gross income of every person in a single household, as reflected on federal income tax returns of the most recent year. “EJSCREEN”, the environmental justice mapping tool, developed by the United States Environmental Protection Agency.
