Commercial Fishing Mitigation
Messrs. Montigny, O'Connor, Feeney and Tarr move that the proposed new text be amended in section 39, in proposed clause (ii), as amended by amendment 5, by inserting after the word "tribes", the following words:- "and commercial fishing".
