Protecting Consumers from Unconscionable Credit Card Debt

Messrs. Montigny and Tarr move that the proposed new text be amended by inserting, in line 151, after the word “card” the following words:- “or a third-party payment method providing funds through use of a credit card”; and by inserting, in line 606, after the word “card” the following words:- “or payment through a third-party payment method providing funds through use of a credit card”.
