Distinctive License
Messrs. Tarr and Moore move that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section _ the following new section:- "SECTION_. Notwithstanding any general or special act to the contrary any license issued pursuant to this act shall have a background color and other features which shall distinguish said license from all other licenses issued by the registrar."
