An Act authorizing the town of Stoughton to transfer certain park property in exchange for acquisition and dedication of other land to park purposes
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary and pursuant to of Article 97 of the amendments to the constitution of the commonwealth , the town of Stoughton may transfer 3 parcels of land making up a portion of a lot held for park purposes located at the intersection of Central street and Canton street and identified as Stoughton assessors map 30, lot 46 from the town board or committee currently having care, custody and control of each of the parcels to the board of selectmen for general municipal purposes, including, but not limited to, all purposes for which public ways are used in the town.
