An Act authorizing the town of Nantucket to convey a certain parcel of land acquired for park purposes to the Nantucket Conservation Foundation Inc. for open space, recreational and conservation purposes
SECTION 1. The town of Nantucket may transfer, sell, convey or otherwise dispose of all or a portion of a certain parcel of land located at 50 Altar Rock road to the Nantucket Conservation Foundation, Inc. for open space, recreational and conservation purposes. The parcel was acquired by the town for park purposes by a deed recorded in the Nantucket county registry of deeds and registered as certificate number 1405. The land is also shown on the Nantucket assessors’ map 45 as parcel 9.
