Unanimous consent to go past midnight
Messrs. Tarr, O'Connor and Fattman move to amend the report by striking in rule 38 1/2 the following:- "This rule shall not be suspended unless two-thirds of the members present and voting consent to such suspension on a recorded yea and nay vote" and inserting in place thereof the following:- "This rule shall not be suspended without unanimous consent"
An asterisk marks a vote the sheet records as entered after the roll closed. A member shown as "not linked" is a name on the sheet that did not resolve to exactly one member of the session's roster; it is left as printed rather than guessed.
