An Act relative to military spouse-licensure portability, education and enrollment of dependents
Whereas, The deferred operation of this act would tend to defeat its purpose, which is to immediately provide for military spouse-licensure portability, education and enrollment of dependents, therefore it is hereby declared to be an emergency law, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public convenience. SECTION 1. Chapter 71 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 6A the following section:- Section 6B.
