Removing Barriers to Low-Income Solar
Messrs. Eldridge, Collins and Boncore, Ms. Comerford, Mr. Crighton, Ms. Chang-Diaz, Ms. Rausch, Messrs. DiDomenico, Finegold and Hinds and Ms. Jehlen move that the amendment be amended by striking out the text and inserting in place thereof the following text:- “Mr. Eldridge moves that the proposed new draft be amended in section 45, in proposed subsection (d) of section 11 of chapter 75, by adding the following sentence:- “In implementing the set-aside required by this section, the department shall also maintain solar incentives that benefit solar tariff generation units primarily serving low-income customers.”; and in said section 45, in proposed subsection (e) of section 11 of chapter 7…
