Messrs. Tarr, O'Connor, Tran, Fattman and Moore move that the proposed new draft be amended by inserting after section _ the following new section:- "SECTION_. Not later than 60 days prior to implementation of regulations promulgated pursuant to section 7 of chapter 21N, said regulations shall be submitted to the clerks of the house and senate, the joint committee on telecommunications, utilities, and energy, and the house and senate committee on ways and means, along with a projected cost impact on consumers, state government, municipal government and school districts."
