Ms. Rausch, Messrs. Eldridge and Barrett move that the proposed new text be amended in section 2C by inserting, in line 193, after the word "efficiency" the following:- provided, that the secretary shall provide to the chairs of the house and senate committees on ways and means and the chairs of the joint committee on state administration and regulatory oversight an accounting of the expenditures made under this section no later than January 15, 2021.
