Resettlement Agencies
Messrs. Tarr, O'Connor and Fattman move that the proposed new text be amended by inserting line 33 after the word, "agencies" the following:- "provided that resettlement agencies shall consult on a monthly basis with the executive office of housing and livable communities to ascertain the projected availability of the commonwealth's shelter system and resettlement agencies shall not undertake resettlement activity when it is foreseeable that the shelter system will exceed capacity".
