by striking all after the enacting clause and inserting in place thereof the following: SECTION 1. Section 1 of chapter 164 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2020 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting the following definition:- “energy marketer” any person, firm, partnership, association or private corporation that markets, advertises, or otherwise offers to sell generation service to retail customers that is acting as an agent for a supplier.
