Massachusetts Downtown Initiative
Messrs. Payano, O'Connor, Tarr and Cyr moved that the proposed new text be amended in section 2, by inserting after item 7002-1510 the following item:- "7002-1517 For technical assistance to municipalities to promote compact, walkable downtowns that have a vibrant mix of commercial and residential uses, cultural and recreational amenities, and access to public transportation…..$600,000".
